Cells fail to heal in an elongated state and start shrinking back to
their original size. The bottom line is that you should wait a while
before relieving all that tension. We know that the body demands
instant gratification and we know it's hard to resist this most basic
of our urges, but you should try to postpone the masturbation session.
What we recommend to all men who perform penis enlargement exercises is
to hold back for at least two hours between the workout session and
masturbation. Masturbating during this buffer period is very likely to
slow down your gains and cancel all the hard work and time spent on
improving the size of your penis. And that's something nobody wants.
